The Safeguarding God's Children Training for Trainers will take place on August 28th from 10:00 am – 3:30 pm in the Council Room at Diocesan House. Attendees may also join remotely by Zoom if desired.
Attendees will receive comprehensive training in conducting Safeguarding God's Children and People workshops. Each session will include an explanation of the training materials, tips for giving an engaging presentation, suggestions for responding to frequently asked questions, diocesan participant reporting guidelines, and time for discussion.
Schedule:
10:00 am - 12:30 pm: Safeguarding God's Children
1:00 pm - 3:30 pm: Safeguarding God's People
Bring a brown-bag lunch. Coffee, tea, and light snacks will be available throughout the day.
